THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Children. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information about our users who are under the age of 13. If you learn that your child has provided us with personal information online without your knowledge, you may contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and ask us to delete this information from our records.

Providing content, products and services. We use the information we collect about you to fulfill your requests for our content, products, programs, and services; to respond to your inquiries about our offerings; to provide, personalize, and improve our offerings; to offer you other content, products, programs or services that we believe may be of interest to you; and to better tailor the features, performance and support of our Site to provide you with a more effective customer experience.
Communicating with you. We use information about you to communicate with you, such as to notify you when we make changes to our user agreements or to fulfill a request by you for our content or other information. You may also choose to receive push notifications from us.

If you ever decide that you would like to update your preferences regarding marketing materials, (i) you may log into your account if you have created an account with us at our Site to adjust your settings, (iii) you may follow the “unsubscribe” instructions provided in any marketing email you receive from us, or (iii) you may send us an email at email@example.com and we will edit your preferences accordingly. If you previously chose to receive push notifications on your mobile device from us but no longer wish to receive them, you can manage your preferences either through your device or app settings, depending on the type of device.
Uninstalling. If you no longer wish to have any information collected by the Site, you may uninstall the application by using the standard uninstall processes available on the web, your mobile device or other network.

As we operate internationally, and our computer system is currently based in the United States, your personally identifiable information will be processed by us in the U.S. where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world, such as the European Union. If you create a user account with our Site as a visitor from outside the United States, you consent to the collection and/or processing in the United States of your personally identifiable information.
