RCI GLOBAL LLC PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we are providing this notice to explain how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the information you provide to us when you use our online and mobile web sites and applications (“Site”).  Whenever we ask you to provide information by which you can be identified, it will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  However, this Privacy Policy is not a contract and does not create any legal rights or obligations.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Registration.  We may collect your name, contact information including email address, and other information relevant to notifying you about additional content, customer surveys and/or offers, or to allow us to notify you about upcoming content, products, programs, services or other information.  By accessing, using and/or purchasing our Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and expressly consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal information by us, our affiliates, partners, contractors and permitted agents in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Technical and usage information. We also collect certain non-personally identifiable information when you use our Site such as the type of browser you are using (e.g., Internet Explorer), the type of operating system you are using (e.g., Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android), the domain name of your Internet service provider or mobile carrier, IP address, and certain usage information.  We may also collect information by using technologies and methodologies such as “cookies” that enable tracking or provide other information regarding your interaction with us.  Cookies are small bits of information that are stored on your computer by your Web browser. Cookies help establish a user session and allow our server to correctly provide site users with the appropriate information, services and/or advertisements. Additional information about the use of cookies is described below.

Children.  We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information about our users who are under the age of 13. If you learn that your child has provided us with personal information online without your knowledge, you may contact us by sending an email to skofsky@rcprods.com and ask us to delete this information from our records.

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION

Providing content, products and services. We use the information we collect about you to fulfill your requests for our content, products, programs, and services; to respond to your inquiries about our offerings; to provide, personalize, and improve our offerings; to offer you other content, products, programs or services that we believe may be of interest to you; and to better tailor the features, performance and support of our Site to provide you with a more effective customer experience.

Communicating with you. We use information about you to communicate with you, such as to notify you when we make changes to our user agreements or to fulfill a request by you for our content or other information. You may also choose to receive push notifications from us.

Use of mobile device data. When you access our Site on a mobile device, we may use the information collected for any of the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy. For example, we use information collected on mobile devices to enable you to do things like receive notices about new content.

Use of non-personally identifiable information. We use aggregate information about our users and non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design, functionality and content of our Site and to enable us to personalize your experience with our Site and offerings. We use this information to provide, maintain, personalize, protect, improve, and develop our products, programs, and services and to operate our business, and to analyze usage and performance of our Site, and to offer you content, products, programs, or services.  For example, information regarding domain names may be aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent on the Site, pages viewed and similar Site usage information in order to know how to improve the Site’s content.

Cookies.  Cookies help establish a user session and allow our server to correctly provide Site users with appropriate information, services and/or advertisements. We also use cookies to ensure that you obtain the information you request, and to track usage in order to improve the Site and service in accordance with your needs.  While most people accept cookies, you can configure your browser to not accept cookies from us or from third party companies, like third party ad servers. If you choose not to accept our cookies, however, you may not have access to your personal information on this site or be able to make purchases on the Site. There may also be other site functionality which may not function properly if your browser does not accept cookies.

Children.  We do not use information we collect from children known to be under the age of 13 for any marketing or promotional purposes. We will provide personal information about children if required by law, to comply with a court order or subpoena or to protect the safety and security of visitors and our Site.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Legal and law enforcement purposes. We may disclose personally identifiable information in response to a legal process such as a court order or subpoena, or in response to a law enforcement agency’s request. We also may disclose such information to third parties in connection with fraud-scoring, detection, and prevention activities or where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, to protect our rights and the rights of others, and as otherwise required by law.

Change of control. In addition, we may transfer information about you in the event of a business transaction, such as if we or our relevant assets are acquired by, sold to, or merged with another company.

Service providers. Our agents and contractors may have access to personally identifiable information to help carry out the services they are performing for us.  We require these third parties to provide safeguards for the privacy and security of your information.

Linked sites.  Our Site will contain links to other sites whose information practices may be different from ours. Visitors should consult the other sites’ privacy policies before submitting any information, as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.

Ad servers. At our Site, reputable third parties may present or serve advertisements, provide us with ad response measurement, and site analytics, and assist with delivery of relevant marketing messages and advertisements. These third parties may view, edit, or set their own cookies. The use of these technologies by these third parties is subject to their own privacy policies and is not covered by this Privacy Policy. You should review those privacy policies.

YOUR CHOICES

Marketing Communications. If you ever decide that you would like to update your preferences regarding marketing materials, (i) you may log into your account if you have created an account with us at our Site to adjust your settings, (iii) you may follow the “unsubscribe” instructions provided in any marketing email you receive from us, or (iii) you may send us an email at skofsky@rcprods.com and we will edit your preferences accordingly. If you previously chose to receive push notifications on your mobile device from us but no longer wish to receive them, you can manage your preferences either through your device or app settings, depending on the type of device.

Uninstalling. If you no longer wish to have any information collected by the Site, you may uninstall the application by using the standard uninstall processes available on the web, your mobile device or other network.

OUR COMMITMENT TO SECURITY

We have put in place reasonable physical, electronic, and company procedures designed to safeguard the information we collect online at the Site. However, we cannot assure you that personally identifiable information that we collect will never be used or disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy and we cannot be responsible for the acts of those who gain unauthorized access, and make no warranty, express, implied or otherwise, that we will prevent unauthorized access to your private information.

This Privacy Policy covers only our Site and does not cover any other website, including sites to which we may provide links.  While we make every effort to protect your information on our Site, we do not control the policies of third party sites that we may link to. As such, we have no control over third party sites’ privacy policies or use of any of your personal information which you provide to them.  In order to protect your privacy, we recommend that you not share any of your personally identifiable information with third-party information aggregators that would allow them access to sensitive personal information.

HOW YOU CAN ACCESS OR CORRECT INFORMATION

To access the personally identifiable information that our Site has collected about you online from the pages on which this Privacy Policy is posted, to correct factual errors in such information, or to update your interests, preferences or other portions of your user profile if you have created a profile, please send an email to skofsky@rcprods.com .

To help protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to help verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER

As we operate internationally, and our computer system is currently based in the United States, your personally identifiable information will be processed by us in the U.S. where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world, such as the European Union. If you create a user account with our Site as a visitor from outside the United States, you consent to the collection and/or processing in the United States of your personally identifiable information.

NOTIFICATION REGARDING UPDATES

This Privacy Policy is not a contract and it does not create any legal rights or obligations.  From time to time, we may amend, modify, or withdraw this Privacy Policy or portions thereof.  We will notify you about material changes in the way we treat personally identifiable information by placing a notice on our Site or by sending you an email message. We encourage you to periodically check back and review this policy so that you always will know our current privacy practices.  Your continued use of the Site will constitute your agreement to those changes.

This Privacy Policy is effective from June 1, 2013.
